just been reading on another forum re a member who fitted an engine mapping box onto his td6 and got 40mpg on a 65/70 run..do these things actually work and are they safe for the engine? ... - .- -.

i can understand maybe a 5/6 mpg increase but that much does make me start to wonder, just a bit, not a lot... ... - .- -.

I just got my car (a TD6), it seems to go very well (well anything would compared to my P38 DT ) so how would I work out if it's been chipped or otherwise? |

0 to 62 mph takes about 12 seconds Rich. If it's about that then it's been left alone.
