Have you considered the Panasonic Toughbooks that Blackbox Solutions is selling ??

I have two (one needed a new hard drive and I needed something else while sourcing the new hard drive).

The newer ones are also available for reasonable prices and they are TOUGH. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

An SSD inside them makes a hell of a difference when it comes to boot up and as long as you install win7 32bit most diag programs work fine with it BBS included although officially they dont support it... FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
