2008 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Buckingham Blue

2008MY TDV8 VSE Headlight dipping position

Hi,

Anyone know what position the levers behind the access panels should be in for UK / Euro driving?

Went to change mine last week and the existing positions didn't seem to match anything in the handbook - which states
"default for market" or something similar

I know I could spend time outside at night in the cold and rain but thought it much better to ask on here
