Easy. Some people in other countries are Foreigners. These people have strange customs. One of these is driving on the wrong side of the road. Unbelievably, rather than educate them, some car companies actually build cars with the steering wheel on the wrong side of the car. Some of these "foreigners" have been known to even eat food that is neither a fish, nor a chip. You can easily communicate with these people, though. Just speak English VERY LOUDLY and they will understand.
