Reading all these 'club' threads I can't help but think of this scene from Monty Python's Life of Brian. |

I read a lot about facelifts on here but i keep wondering about insurance and how much difference it makes. My last car was a Freelander 2 (I know... don't pick on me!!!) and i changed the wheels for a different style but still genuine landrover ones that were on the option list for the car when new. When i told the insurance company my premium went through the roof. |

2012 Modifications should have no effect of Insurance premium the parts are simply updated replacement original LR equipment. |

Would be surprised if the average owner risk profile of face-lifted cars didn't translate to higher premiums.

"Its my ball and your not playing!!!" haha Are 2012 side vents always colour coded? "2012+ Colour coded Side vents" I was 50/50 if to do mine or not. Not sure how they will look in Gold Deep down i really wish i had paid the extra for the black lights as would have made it look later. I know its not a sensible move, but if a set were sensible price i think id jump, then maybe id get a membership card?!?! lol Accept, some days your the pigeon, some days your the statue! |
