Exterior B pillar molding removal

Hi Guys,

Has anyone ever removed the outside b pillar molding and if so was it a tough task, mine has a lot of paint chips and bubbling going on.
Was at the land rover dealer in Aberdeen today and they have the moldings in stock £27 which i thought wasn't to bad but wanted to charge £130 + vat to fit them.
