Needed the instrument LCD pixel repair done on my old FF. Went to Cartronix in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
Dropped the FF off at 10am and collected at 1130am all fixed. Price was £165 including removal, refitting and 2 year warranty.
I would recommend them, maybe not the cheapest but very easy.

That isn't bad. I did mine myself with a kit from eBay for about £20. But I am perfectly happy playing with electronics. I design dashboards and speed measurement kit for a job....

^ Akspeedo did mine few month back and was a very quick turn round ( was sent off on monday and returned wednesday morning )  If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

I got the ribbon from AKSpeedo but i cant have the car off the road so i need it done while i wait unfortunately

I did mine - I think only a couple of hours but very satisying once done.

Make lots of tea / coffee - take your time - I got a kit from A K Speedo.com via Ebay - give them a call - they are very helpful (PS I have no affiliation with the company)

As my LCD was very poorly (hardly showed anything) I went for the full replacement rather than just ribbon on their advice . Cost more but saved doing the job twice
