Help!..Trolley jack jacking points?

Help!

Got a flat rear tyre, anyone tell me the best place under the car to use a trolley jack?

I have the deployable steps and book say these need to be removed to jack the car up using the normal jacking points

Theres a diagram half way down

The "search" facility is pretty good on this forum, once you use it a few times Jevro Whistle

Alternatively, get a pro / the AA/RAC out if you have any doubts..You can do damage, or just die if you're under and you've done it wrong..

Ok, I've locked out the 'Deplorable' steps but the standard jack will still not fit in its correct cup

Looks like trolley style lift ...

I can't believe I'm asking how to change a Censored wheel .....all time low Embarassed

Never had a problem jacking up under the lower wishbone arm at the rear, spread the load with a suitable wood block. This OK if just changing a wheel, as you aren't "going under" and you can always put a safety stand under your jacking point if needs be. .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink

Thanks Joe,

All done now Thumbs Up

Think my best route is to gets bottle jack if I keep the 'Deplorable' steps so I can at least carry it with me for emergencies etc....presume it would need to be a big one though or use adequate wood packing as she did lift some before the wheel came off the floor any ideas ?.
