Steve (Happymadison1978) Macmillan Tough Mudder 13th Sep '14

Hi all,

My friends and I are doing the tough mudder on September 13th at Cholmondley in Cheshire in Aid of Macmillan Cancer Charity.

I've asked Martin if he minded my posting this link and he very graciously accepted. I promise this will not be a habit (especially if the Tough Mudder kills me!!)

I'd be very grateful if you would visit our page and consider sending a few pennies (if you haven't spent them all on ice bucket challenges!)

I'm very aware that charity is a personal matter so I completely understand if you respond crossly to this and I'm sorry for imposing! On the other hand if you want to donate and leave FullFatRR in the comment box that's fine too Laughing

The page is at: https://www.justgiving.com/delalunatoughmudders/

Thanks for reading!

Steve. Thumbs Up

Claire looks nice. Fancy her.

Good luck with the challenge!

Laughing Laughing Thanks.

That's Matt who was the inspiration and driving force. He had testicular cancer two years ago and has been trying to raise money for Macmillan since..

I agreed at a beer festival... Laughing You can probably fill in the blanks... (sufice to say it wasn't at the start of the festival!)

I'm probably going to regret it but as long as it's for unselfish reasons I figure 10-12 miles of mud and obstacles is worth the 'greater good'

I forgot to add that unlike some 'charitable' teams we've paid our own entry fees so 100% will go to Macmillan.

Thumbs Up

Thanks to all for your donations.

12 miles, 25 obstacles later. I don't think my toenails will ever be fully clean again!

Thumbs Up
