Tried best part of this week to reserve an ip6 for the daughters 16th birthday this Monday coming... none of the Apple stores have any until the middle of October now ...

You are all missing the point, school status is based on Apple and what you have, a technical argument is for the geeks, I am lucky so far as the iPhone 5S seems to keep daughter 2 happy as the 6 is "too big" apparently, son 2 has just smashed his 4S again but is pragmatic enough to not care, its now got a band aid around the screen and he is blissfully untainted by hype, only cares about having good under armor for rugby, "thats my boy" |

I'm with you, Kurt! Whatever free phone comes with the contract is fine with me. I know I'm in a VERY small minority, but I use a phone to talk to people, not the billion and one other things you can use them for these days. |
