Does it not say setup somewhere in the nav menus ? Or similar ?

It's Perspective that I think you change.

If you hold the right button down for more than 6 seconds, I understand a secret setup menu is shown. Could be in there.

As you gather, I'm doing this from memory, as it's about 3 years since I set mine...... 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Ah, my old memory was nearly there

The steps to do this are:

Get to the secret settings menu. You do this by going into the Settings menu and holding the MENU button down for about 10 seconds. When you see this menu, scroll down until you see Perspective where you can select whether you want this option activated or not
Go out of this menu and go into the NAVIGATION menu. In the Viewpoints, you now have three choices: north, driving direction or perspective mode. Select the last one and see the map turn into 3D. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Wey Hey all working ..........................................................except the speed camera alerts which seem to have stopped Big Cry and it has a BMW splash, which disc controls the splash? One day your life will flash before your eyes......................................make sure yours is worth watching!

I just have the standard BMW v32 firmware.

The splash screen is part of the firmware load I believe.

There are people on the net who can supply a disk with a splash screen of your choosing.

Can't post links as it's against forum rules to link to "modded" software.

As I say, not done it myself. Are the speed cameras not just points of interest and you have to set the system to alert you if you are near said point of interest ?

The unit will only let you load on firmware that has a version higher than what is already on, so you will have to look at that.

Have a search on the net, as the BMW forums will have loads of info. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8
