Spoke to the boss Ted and ordered an airbag and dash top for a car we are repairing and to my annoyance it turned up Filthy dirty (dash top) and the wiring cut at the plugs on the airbag. (they unplug 6 inches further along on a multi plug ) So, i ring them and complain! Simple you might think!
The boss man then tells me "you didn't ask for the wiring so we cut it!" "but its part of the airbag" i said? "unplug your old wiring and reuse" he said! "Ahh NO" "you cannot, it melts the wiring plugs when the airbag deploys! So is melted and useless!" What he then suggests was unbelievable! "Cut the plug off and solder it back on our cut loom!" ITS AN AIRBAG PAL!!! safety is paramount!!!

Anyway, cut a very long story short... If you want a shockingly bad service sending filthy grimy leather dash tops out then ACD Lancashire are the suppliers you have been looking for!

I take it they will take it back and refund, if not i'd report to eBay as dodgy sale of unsafe goods The airbag and it's wiring are are one component if they cut the wires off the product is faulty.

What kind of idiot cuts the wiring and suggests soldering new wires onto an explosive device?

I just enquired of them about the tow bar from that very same car, however I will be picking it up if its a decent price and giving it a careful once over now.
