England 2013 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Luxor
[For Sale] 2007 3.6 TDV8 Rimini Red/Sand Vogue

Well, I will be very sad Big Cry to see her go as she was to be a keeper and as such I spared no expense (spent a fortune) on Maintenance and Pimping.

On the maintenance side:
Obviously serviced regularly
New battery
One new rear O/S caliper
Two new turbo hoses
New front to back brake pipes
New Alternator
New rear upper bushes - both sides
New front N/S ball joint
Two new front tyres (Nexens)

Pimping:
V spoke wheels all round (I even have just bought a new matching spare) - slight scuff on front N/S
Bonnet completely resprayed - stone chips were bugging me
All lettering changed to Silver
Side grills changed and painted as shown
Bonnet grill painted to match body
Mirror covers sprayed and fitted
Foundry grey dash wrapped in Carbon Fibre look (except round Nav screen)
Rear tailgate panel sorted and resprayed (was just starting to bubble)

All spraying was carried out by the local body shop and it to a very high standard.

Other things to note is that the dash ends and door trims are Piano Black.
Car has been Super-chipped (Blue Fin gadget included) - although I drive pretty gently.
The car has just clocked 90,000 miles
I get almost 30mpg according to the on board thingy (I don't know if thats 'cos I'm gentle or the remap - or both)
The car has two keys
The car has another remote for the working FBH
Its got an OEM tow bar.
Tax/MOT until Feb/Mar2015

Included in sale:
Set of Premium Mats in Sand as well as the rubber mats
Chipex touch up paint included
Liquid Leather set included
Most of a gallon of Millers Diesel additive.

I'm sure there's more but I think the above just about covers the major points, however in the interest of balance and honesty a couple of negative points and/or things I haven't got round to: The venture can cradle doesn't lock up in the charging position (easy fix) the rear flap in the centre console covering the AUX input won't lock closed - it doesn't matter to me as I have it open all the time to connect the audio from and charge my iPhone. The parking sensors have issues (i.e. don't work at the moment - have worked intermittently) my IIDTool says a couple of them are faulty, I think it's the wiring loom but haven't got round to taking the bumpers off to fix. There are a couple of seatbelt marks on the door trims. I have also replaced the rear spoiler, stop light and camera (third party) due to my stupidity when fixing rear washer leak (expensive fix Embarassed ) The farmers hitch is stuck in the armature so I cut off the bottom bit to make it neater, I don't tow anyway but do have a bike carrier, finally the auto up and down of the steering wheel seemed to have a mind of its own so I disabled easy entry with the IIDTool (it still adjusts manually)

The IIDTool is not included BUT I will be able to configure stuff to your liking before it goes

There's the question of what it's worth I see all kinds of prices asked (generally over 20k) but I think £15,000 is fair, but you may not, so pm me with offers as I would like a pretty quick sale . There have been plenty of photos on here over the years but if you want any more just ask, the car is available to view here in sunny (today at least Very Happy ) Chorley.

This excellent car is now sold. Geoff

That looks very nice and just the sort I'm looking for, local too. It's probably just outside my budget and I need to shift my Disco as well.

I am reliably informed by another member who knows these things that I am asking too much and I should fix the niggles. So I have dropped the price as you can see in the ad to £16,000. I will advertise in nationally on Monday and maybe fix the niggles over the weekend, but maybe not Very Happy Geoff

Whist I am not panicking, I'm going to reduce this further just for the coming weekend and then stick it on Autotrader on Monday.

So it's £15,000 for two days only.

Thumbs Up Geoff
