2003 FFRR TD6 - Mirror Fold Button

Hi,

I have the above FFRR and the mirror fold button doesn't work. I've checked the fuses in the glove box and they are all ok - anyone got any ideas on how to fix this or if it's the motors in both mirrors that's gone?

Thanks,

Just a guess - but considering you also have a problem with your air suspension (HDC Inactive message)

The button to activate the access height on your RR is next to the mirror fold button which are both located on your drivers door amongst the window switches...

...maybe (& hopefully) some rain water etc. might have created some gremlins within the switch pack?

Yeah good point. The access height button works ok, as we use that regularly.

Just to add a bit more into this. The original switch pack had the button broken off for the mirror fold, so I've swapped the pack over and all of the other functions still work, apart from the fold!!!

HI, i think you can rule out the mirrors as it very unlikly for both to fail, i would put my money on the door switch, remove it and make sure the plug is in correctly and you dont have any corrosion, if you had navcoder you could test them.

I'm on my second switch unit, what's the chances of both of them being duff??

Are there any other fuses/relays hidden that I need to check??
