Is this what they call a Velar or is that pre RR? |

They were badged Velar to fool the press etc when it was out on the road doing pre production testing.

Wow. Lovely car and I'd like a 2 door Classic as they are VERY rare over here. (Range Rovers didn't come here until the early 90s.). But £150K does seem to be rather a lot. I won't be bidding but I hope it goes to a good home.

They were covered in vinyl on the production models very soon after launch, to disguise bad build tolerances between the rear pillar and the roof.

The two Velars that sold at Graham Hunts last year for £70K each (one being HRH P.C) now seem a bargain !! Regards

Front seats look like replacements to me. I owned a1971 version and the seats were semi hard plastic. |
