Scotland 2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey
Hello

Hi, New to the forum.

Scot (the user name is a clue) living in SW France. Just acquired a late 2004 L322 TD6 Vogue on 76,400 miles. Some small items to sort out but very pleased so far. BTW it has a touch screen with DVD in the back so presume it's a "transition".

My other vehicle is a 2003 TD5 Auto which I have had since new.

Currently cross-eyed reading the wealth of information on here. Smile

One question (no doubt the first of many) curious to have a run down on what diagnostics people use? I have a Nanocom for the TD5 which does all I want for it but can't upgrade for the L322. Particularly what does what for the service interval indicator.

Would prefer something in the Nanocom price range. Thank you for looking. John

I think most people on here would recommend the IID tool from GAP Diagnostics - http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic22489.html 2007 Zermatt Silver TDV8 Vogue SE - now sold but was a great car!

Welcome. Agree on the IID with everyone else.
TD5 auto -a Discovery? I know you can have a TD5 Defender, but I didn't think they did them in automatic.
Nice choice. The touch screen is much more modern looking than the previous one.
Many happy years of motoring around the French countryside, that sounds idyllic.
