I did an open university course many years ago which required me to go to Stirling university for a week in the summer. The course was filled with mainly our cousins from Englandshire and they were laughing and jocking about how they thought we all strutted about in kilts all the time. I had just about persuaded them until we drove through a wee village called Dollar and two or three guys were wandering along the street at 7 in the morning in their kilts. I didn't have a leg to stand on, they still believed we hunted haggis on burns day as we'll.

Well that's just stupid, everyone in Scotland knows the haggis hunting season is the last two weeks in August... |

Really? After all the hunt protesters, I thought you now bred haggis in captivity. |

Captivity's worse. You really shouldn't cage wild haggis. |

I feel ashamed forgetting the rights of the poor wild haggis to roam free rather than suffer a caged life.
