Radio Issue (disco 2)

Hi,

The radio in my wifes disco 2 stopped working months ago. I stuck an old 90 radio in as a temp measure.
It works ok, just no CD or steering wheel controls.
I eventually bought a landrover reconditioned unit from Duckworths at Billing.
It doesnt work either. I've checked all the fuses and they are all ok.
Is there another power supply i'm missing. Could the original radio be working and it's a car issue.
Or, is my new radio knackered too.

Cheers

Geoff

Any chance of just hooking up either of the D2 radios to a power source and a speaker OUTSIDE of the car and see if it works? Any car audio store should be able to determine a "works/doesn't work" test in moments.
