the speed knocks out just a bit but not worth to mention it - the ride with 21 inches is more comfortable.. even the german TÜV (MOT) agreed to actualise my papers with those wheels... and believe me THEY ARE NOT FUNNY AT ALL All my spelling errorz are belong to me!
