14.6 mpg from a Tractor

Wasn't a question , more an observation since quite a few rave about their MPG in a tractor  ====================================

As you know depends on a number of things key being driving conditions etc. If nothing has changed in your driving style and you havent zeroed computer and booted it up a hill then there is an issue

time to go on a diet to reduce some weight mick....

...and take the clown shoes off and be gentle with that accelerator..  ... - .- -.

using it as intended we dont buy them for economy.... I need to do some ManMaths as I have a sneaky feeling a 4.2SC wont be much more to run than my TD6, based on the way I use it

Yeah do miss my old SC but only for take off at junctions , as when the tractor goes it goes like Sh.1t off a shovel ====================================

I had a chipped TDV8 sport for a while and it was awesome from a power perspective, but... always hanker after a good old petrol lump,

Have you tried taking it out of low range !  Tony
