I was getting the same fault alarm when I started from cold. I took it to the garage and they put it on the computer which showed code P132E turbo boost control B performance. They cleared the fault and it has only come back once in the last month. When I googled the fault code mine appears to be the turbo actuator which was sticking and apparently they can be sprayed with wd40 or similar to help.

Turbo actuator sticking, or a split turbo hose. Both very common |

No black smoke and it has not re occurred so I think sticking actuator, I don't think it had been over 3500rpm much |
