Opinion is mixed on the bushes. There are some reports of sticktion as the grease dries out, throwing out the geo.

I have the engine mount inserts on my VX220 which so far have been excellent. The original engine mounts are pretty crap and do fail. Here's mine.



You put the powerflex inserts in the engine side mounts and that stops the engine moving so much and protects the engine end mounts. Here's one in situ (not mine).

You're meant to get more vibration, but can't say I notice.
