It involves a reprogram of the ECU, a weird specialist who likes to ruin cars would have to do this for you. Discovery 4 HSE

I think you can change the links between the ride height sensor and where it attaches to shorter ones to fool it into believing its achieved normal ride height but actually sitting lower. I'm sure if it can be done on a l322 but if it can it's got to be cheaper than re programing it's height parameters and you can put it back easily by refitting the orginal links.

I think there is a long thread about this sort of fitting over on Disco3 at the moment where folks want to go the other way for off-roading and fool the suspension to going into super-extended mode as the normal off-road height and it has got as far as getting bit made - my be worth taking a look over there for some tips, even though they are going in the opposite direction!. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes |

Nope he doesn't - they don't sit any lower and one or two owners there have been fitting lowering modules - most seem to last about a week before they return to normal to regain the ride/handling they are used to and the ability to get over a speed hump.......................... 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes |
