OMG, that guy was plain lucky, I have been chased by an elephant in Kenya, stood there for 2 seconds completely surprised by the sheer speed of that giant and made it to the car, that was parked in the right direction in the middle of the path, started and raced away, but that monster followed us for a mile. We were scared and plain stupid, getting out of the car in the middle of nowhere to take these "beautiful pics". Tourists are unbelievable idiots, including myself. You have seen it all on television and have a hard time to realize that wildlife is not a zoo.
