I think I saw on another post somewhere, about 30 minutes. Not sure it will clear the MIL, but worth a try.

I think you are right! Hope it goes OK. I don't think my IID would be any good as I had to re-flash it for a MY2010-12 model after I got rid of the 2006 S/C

OK, so battery disconnection / reconnection carried out exactly as WIKI with well over 30 mins allowed with battery disconnected and EML has extinguished BUT now screen only shows LR logo and wont turn on stereo

lock it and leave for a while...in a few hours you might find its all ok. ... - .- -.

Had that with mine last year after a reset. After a couple of hours the head unit fired up no problem. Think the ECU/MOST system takes a while to untwist it's knickers (technical term) SDV8 AB MY 2019
