Please help!!

I have everything for the aux heater but the remote fob just won't program despite trying the following:-

- Replaced batteries
- Tried removing fuse 59 under the glove box, wait 10 secs then replace & hold "off"
- Tried removing the power cable from the receiver in the boot, wait 30 secs, put batteries back in fob, simultaneously put power cable back & held down "off"

Am I doing something wrong or is the only option a trip to the dealer

All sorted now, the damn remote was the culprit so a new T91 has come to the rescue
