A bit like Guava, another fully authorised LR (and indeed rest of what was the old Ford PAG) service agent.

Took our '03 4.4 V8 in for an inspection 2 and the diff recall on Monday - it would have been ready the same day but for a couple of breather hoses they needed to replace and an abs sensor wire they broke during the diff / prop replacement and confessed to rather than tell me it was broken and I needed to pay.

They are closer to me than Guava, matched the Guava price and seem a friendly bunch, so given their honesty I'm pretty happy with their service. The car was super smooth pre diff replacement and exactly the same afterwards, so that's good news too.

They'll certainly get a second chance

I use them for both the Defender and Rangie, very good service
