I used VHT from Frost on my rocker cover on my last p38 did the job well enough and did get reasonably hot used their vht primer too so should be ok |

Used Hycote on my CL, grey first, then a sticker to mask off the emblem, then gunmetal, removed sticker and used clear, been on for ages, including a few track days and still look like new...
