Day Five - big brother style voice....

Day 5 of FFRR td 6 ownership I awake to a 1.0 focus on the drive.

The Range Rover would not start yesterday after a dog walk. Of course after a 2 hour wait for the AA it burst into life instantly...

Found a very good, but helpful specialist located conveniently in West Woodside who has diagnosed the reserve fuel pump. I did expect this at some point at 8 years old and 91k, but it would have been polite to wait a week.

Bill should be about £300...

Doh!

Is this the sign of things to come?[/i]

Day Five..........David is in the garage.............. Shocked

Just don't go licking milk out of a saucer........

Pump went on mine - stuck in work car park, off on low loader to specialist. New pump fitted. Never had an issue since.

Just one of those things.

It was £281.55 all in, fitted including the recovery with low loader.

Pump was £148 + VAT........ 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Day 13.

It passed the towing test like a breeze last weekend. I was surprised at how little difference a twin axle caravan made.

It still likes a drink, but I'm getting used to that.

Needs the ACM badly before Le Mans.
