I was looking at this on fleabay, i know the IIDTOOL is the one to have but i was thinking for a cheaper option. Does anyone have one or used one for a td6 ff or anything similar that can be used with iphone/samsung bluetooth.

yes, its brilliant , clears codes and shows pending codes too .using obd doctor on windows phone

I needed to look at fuel trims and the iid tool doesn't have that facility

Yes very good. I use the Torque Pro app (along with Torque Scan) on Android with the bluetooth dongle .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember

I have one of these, coupled with an app on my phone. Lets me read P codes, reset Engine management lights and read live sensor data. Really good for the price.
