Stan, I've looked on LR site and if I input a max budget of £30k and max mileage of 60k there's only 1 2010 car, but it doesn't have cream or beige leather...

Yes have seen the wiki - have been reading with interest!

2016 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Carpathian Grey

Just to jump in here - there were also improvements on the 2010 to the suspension I believe - certainly the 2008 and the 2010's I test drove handled differently - plus there was better sound deadening.

I was in the same position as you and snapped up a high mileage 2010 as I felt the improvements were definitely worth it.

Never know it had the miles on it. Solid as rock (touch wood!)

On the polorised sunglesses thing - I have a hideously expensive pair of polarised Ray Bans and I don't have a problem seeing the TFT screen at all!

New Zealand 2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Galway Green

I recently got a very very nice 5.0SC MY 2010.75 AB. Absolutely loving it, Galway Green with Sand interior. By the way no issues with my polarized Serengeti Glasses and I can see the "heat stress" in tempered glass easily.

I went from the 4.2 SC MY2006 and the difference is MASSIVE. The 2010 is much better IMHO and worth the money (to me). Plus that the 5.0 is a big step up from the not too shabby 4.2 as well.

I have not regretted going 2010 (originally I started with a 2008/2009).

I got a bit scared of the diesels when the first car a TDV8 has a turbo gone bad. Then I realized that the TDV8 engines do seem to have EGR and turbo (related) issues quite a bit. So that is when I decided to go SC again, partly because of the bullet proof engine and part because I just love the 503 BHP and smell of petrol Smile MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

United Kingdom 2014 Range Rover Vogue SDV8 Luxor

I have had both and the keyless start and the TFT dash would easily make me spend the extra 5 grand

I went for the 3.6 TDV8 and its plenty for me. I do wish I had the 8 speed box though.

Just done the same as Eugene (ebajema) above, 2006 4.2 S/C to 2010 5.0 S/C and the difference is vast. Better sound system, TFT dash, multiple camera's, DAB radio, iPod connectivity, dual view TV/Nav , heated and cooled seats, hard disk Nav, much faster head unit response.....the list goes on. Many of the later Diesels have these options on. I would go for the newest you can afford because over the years the L322 has become more reliable (he says, fingers crossed!).

Good luck with your choice,

Cheers,

Andy

France 2013 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Causeway Grey

Congrats Andy! Not all 5.0SC have the equipment you mention though. Mine is a 5.0SC Autobiography but I haven't got the surround cameras, no DAB and no dual view. Depending on markets these were optional extras, even on SC and Autobiography's. I don't miss these, although dual view would be nice.

Hi CSK,

Thanks, it's an awesome beast! Surprised no DAB or dual view, these seem to be standard on the UK 5.0 S/C models and often spec'ed up on the TDV8.

Cheers,
