I'm not... well, not really, err... Whistle Maybe. Laughing

I've ended up in a funny situation. It's got to go sooner or later to make space for a replacement. But I don't want to sell it as I really like it, everything works and it's been very reliable. But then I can't fund two...

Basically, I know it's got to go, but I'm finding it difficult to part with it. Embarassed
Probably because it's my first FFRR and it's the best car I've ever had.

I never advertised it anywhere but here before, but sooner or later I need to bite the bullet and get it up on the usual places like autotrader, pistonheads etc...

Be strong Fox, be strong!

I don't think you will have any difficulty selling it...

but finding a new keeper / guardian of your beloved - one that meets with your approval, will be the hard part!

Hi Guys, found one in the spec I want - http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/adv...?logcode=p

Calling LRCS it appears that it was registered in Germany but is a UK spec car.

Question A / Is there any difference with UK specs registered in Germany?
Question B / Will this cause problems moving forward such as not able to get recall work done etc?
Question C / Will it impact on resale?
Question D / Is it worth £16699?

Thanks in advance chaps & chapesses,

Could its German origins be because it was 1st owned by someone in HM Forces?

Never served in Germany myself but loads of guys were able to get their cars tax free which, after 6 months saving up in Iraq, meant many Private soldiers were driving RRS's! Laughing

Not 100% on the rules as I think the Forces cars were "proper" UK cars, exported to Germany but I may be wrong...
