For the first time I agree with Clarkson that the large shiny plastic grille and embellishments on the new model are what makes it look 'bling' so I ordered the black design kit. I was tempted by a Sport but would miss the FF so feel that I have achieved the Sport look with the benefits of an FF. At the end of the day its all down to personal choice? + Defender 90 Charger Black

I like it without all the imo "tacky" silver trim down the sides and on the grill make the L405 look a bit less like a far eastern car There is a difference between knowing your sh!t and knowing you're sh!t

black is hot!

yep, had a few black/black cars with aircon, in (an unusual) british summer...its like sitting in an aga stove for the first 1/2hr untill the door 'radiators' have cooled down, you cant even hang your arm out! ...... hence the Emirates have white cars!

think it might look better with normal alloy coloured wheels, black wheels maybe a touch too much

Maybe the photos not clear but the 22" wheels are in fact dark grey anthracite colour facings with black behind the spokes. The smaller black design wheels are totally black however. Its not possible to order a black design pack with any other wheels although my local wheel specialist will polish the anthracite facings to a natural lighter finish if required. + Defender 90 Charger Black
