When I had this issue it had to be plugged in to reset it. |

i wonder if they knocked the abs sensor when they did the alignment?

Most likely the steering angle sensor will need to be re-calibrated |

Well the ff will be going back Monday for them to sort it out, if they can! and I'll probably get an iid tool too you never know when that bong rears his ugly head

If the steering wheel isn't set straight ahead, or in the position it was before, after tracking the air suspension inactive message will show. Had the same thing when I replaced a track rod end. Once I had the track rod end set correctly the steering wheel was again centred and the fault cleared.

Option 1 for me. This has almost certainly been brought on by the fact that the steering wheel is not centred when you drive in a straight line. It's one hell of a coincidence if not! The fact that they don't have LR diagnostics is not your problem. If it were me, I would very politely but firmly be parking (literally!) this in their court.....

Just one point, taking the steering wheel off and putting it back on straight will not cure the problem.
