Differences in 2011 HSE and Vogue 4.4 tdv8

Hi I'm looking to buy either one but depending on price. I have checked the forum and can't find a definitive list for the year.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

United Kingdom 2002 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Tangiers Orange

First the seats are really different in the HSE. The front seat backs still have the same paterns as the very first 2002 L322!

The front and rear seats have different patterns altogether on each trim level, they are called Blenheim on the HSE, Oxford on the L322.

Seats alone makes me not even look at HSE on the used market. However you can option out an HSE to Vogue specs, but it would turn out to be more expensive than going for a Vogue.

Other than this, it is mainly a matter of specs, ie on the HSE you do not get vented seats (Blenheim does not allow vented seats), you do not get the desirable 20 inch alloys, but so-so 19'' (sorry HSE owners Laughing ), nor the additional wood trim on the center console, the audio is significantly less powerful (still a great system though), etc.

Used, Vogues are best value for money even though they will be a little bit more expensive than HSEs.

Thumbs Up l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

Thanks for that. The hse I'm looking at has lot of extras but only now notice the seats which aren't as nice as the vogue IMO

I also notice from pictures online but can't make out, some centre consoles have 2 knobs beside the clock. Others have none there. What's the different?

Thanks

The extra knobs are there if the car has ventilated front seats and they control the temperature... MY11 Vogue 4.4 TDV8 - "African Queen"

So i just came back from land rover garage nearby. The hse looks good to me, the seats are fine, only thing I noticed is lack of sunroof and heated steering wheel and back seats.
Dealer said I could try the hse for 24 hours, so I put the 2 kids cars seats in,changed insurance over and off I drove down the road and warning message came up restricted performance, would barely move. Went back and they forgot but it needs something to do with turbo.

Then, I asked if I could take the vogue for the 24 hours and joked provided it works, and off we went changing car seats and dealer came back said no sorry needs servicing something up with it.

Haha now I remember why I bought a volvo last year!

Did the Irish market get the HSE after 2010 Facelift? It was phased out over here afaik, but would be interesting to know..

Lolo I have seen both cars on web. If it was me I would hold back and definitely go for the Vogue. Knowing you it will make you much happier in the long run and you won't have to spend a fortune upgrading bits to get it the way you want it. Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

Was driving a 09 Vogue SE at the weekend. Different machine all together. Those extra's are most definitely worth. I wouldn't go for anything less than a vogue.

Also from my TD6 to 3.6, there is no comparison.
