Wrapping of dash cappings?

Hi there
I'm new here and looking to buy a RR - an early TDV8. I would much prefer gloss black dash cappings, but someone has mentioned to me that it is possible to wrap the "wood" versions. Has anyone done this? Any pics? Any recommendations of good wrapper?
