It looks to have been well cared for in most pics other than the front number plate. Even seems to have stuck to original fit tyres.... now we know they aren't cheap! FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I guess it all depends on what has been spent on the car in the service history. It could have a host of new parts that could make it a great deal. Tom

I agree. There is no way you could get to that mileage without a "money no object" situation.

It's probably (got to?!) have had the lot done....surely?! 2006 4.2 SC

Yes but, how many times? For instance if the gearbox has a life of 100k for example, how long before it will need the third? Shocked etc etc etc

The wear on the drivers controls/seat etc must be incredible too!

Not super mega cheap at that milage!

The chances are that is has to be mostly motorway milage which would reduce wear and tear, however it has a towbar fitted, so may have towed for a chunk of that which would conversely increase wear.

Cars can run onto massive milage, our land cruiser did over 250k before it died of neglect and a failed bottom hose, would i risk £13k of hard (well fairly hard) earned cash on it or go for one of the examples on for sale and wanted with less than half the milage for a couple of grand more.......no brainer really. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

There is a Disco 3 out there that has covered mega miles and towed most of its life and it seems to wear thru stuff no quicker than normal so it all depends on the type of towing. If it was towing a 'Van i'd say the increased wear wouldn't be that great as if you have a van your not going to be ragging about to abuse it compared to someone who is probably hooking up a box trailer or the like...

Just IMO of course Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Probably true kp, however there is no way of knowing what it has had attached, could be a 3.5t trailer......

The van does seem to put little in the way of extra strain at motorway speed. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
