United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 V8 Fuji White
4.4 TDV8 Oil Leak

I need some help, I developed an oil leak from my car back in December and the car has been in and out the service work shops a number of times and been off the road for the best part of 3 months.

I have been told the following have been change

crack shaft oil sill
In let oil sill
oil pump
and a few other items changed on various occasions

today I got the car on a friends ramp as I can smell burning around the engine bay, unfortunately the car is still leaking, I have a meeting with the dealer and land rover over the next week and just need some help with anyone's previous experiences or if it just me ?

Regards

Russ

Have you checked the oil seal on the filter, its at the top of the engine in the V of the V8, it can get displaced or pinched when the filter is changed causing a leak down the back of the engine
