yes, successfully replaced for a new, upgraded model. Went from 3.0 to SDV8.

LR were very helpful and supportive.

No, I have sold my SDV8. It's replacement.

5.0 was correct as I advertised the SDV8 on PistonHeads - he would have recognised the pictures in the linked thread.

is the front suspension the same on the current RR and RRS? Because I have the front knocking when going over rough surfaces, on my 2014 RRS. Range Rover SV Autobiography LWB 5.0 S/C -17

following the problems we have had (http://www.fullfatrr.com/forum/topic23358.html), our L405 went back in the the garage again for what must be the 4th or 5th time, with only 6.5k mls, with further electrical problems. It was with them for about three weeks, and went wrong again the day after we got it back. It has now been in the garage for over a quater of its life!!

My dad is now looking into the possibility rejecting the car, incase we have to go down this route. Is there anyone one this forum from LR who would be able to provide advice.

Has anyone else on this forum rejected their car yet ?

cheers,

Ask them , if all electrical problems that are showing up ,

HAVE they checked the earth points in the rear of the car , mine had issues all very odd ones, finally a sharp turned on tech guy at the dealer started looking at voltage drops and low and behold found issues at the rear sorted out the earth points and hey presto no issues any more.

It's a real pain that after so much testing ( we are told ) by land rover that they then go to build with such silly problems on them Sad Far to many gone...
