Would you buy a 'CAT D' Van?

Looking at buying Van for the summer and spotted this....

IMHO It may be worth having / asking for an engineers report done to be sure as creases could cause seal gapping and potential dampness. You may have to declare to insurers too?

My Van had slight OSR damage, but the engineer gave me a full bill of health and since i've had no problems.
