There was a program about this on the other day on C4, car enthusiasts descend on the nice areas of London (Knightsbridge, Kensington etc) to film the influx of 'millionaire boy racers' that occupy the quiet residential streets for 1 month a year - during this time they make it their mission to annoy as many people as possible by racing their sports cars as fast as they can between junctions with complete disregard for safety, speed limits or common consideration for residents.

Wasn't doing 30, but the mazda pulled out right as he got to the junction. If that was a cyclist or motorbike they wouldn't have stood a chance either...complete lack of awareness and observation on their part too.
