Even some of the new Audi's look like they have got council house Christmas tree lights glued to them.

Not sure I am that keen on the ones on our MY2010. Currently running FFRR MY10 TDV8 3.6L and a Disco 3 XS Commercial (tank like but very effective as a Company van). Plus one mint condition Track Day Car in the form of an E36 M3 3.2L Evolution circa June 1996 with lots of go faster bits and only 52k miles on the clock! Oh, plus a few bits to make it slow down really quickly as well! Luvverly.

I agree I was just following an Audi F***Q7 and it looked like some one had loaded a 12 bore with LED's . 2008 MY Supercharged

hi tim, where did you see that

Was certain I saw them on DCC4x4 website but have just taken a look and don't see them - maybe it was on the PowerfulUK.com website but they are also available direct from Hawke Wheels - they make them for a FFRR and RRS but like the 2010MY lights they cannot really be considered to be Daylight Running Lights - they are not bright enough for that, basically they were added bling.

BTW I see quite a few new Mercedes and Porsches with these LED DRL's set in the lower intakes, but I wonder how legal they are as they seem to be way too low to be even side lights, I thought the lowest lamps permitted below the bumper were fog lamps, evrything else had to be above it. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

No, it's a case of "less is more" I think.

Having recently been into an Audi dealership and picked up some brochures, not many Audis come with the DRL's as standard (in fact very little seems to be "standard" on an Audi, they even charge for heated folding mirrors!) It appears to me that to have the DRL's you have to tick the Xenon headlights option. 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

I saw a Clio yesterday with one big long, ultra bright LED strip strapped onto the front bumper, made it look like the TIV off Stormchasers. The LED strip was brighter than his headlights too. 2006 Mercedes CLS
