Control switch/unit for electric windows and mirrors

Does anyone have, or know where, I can get the control panel for the driver's side that has the electric windows and the mirror controls??

I believe the part number is YUD000300PUY??

It has the mirror switch, on the left of the photo, rotary knob and the L&R switches, I think that there has never been a UK spec FullFat L322 without remote operated mirrors, certainly my 2003MY TD6 SE had the same switch panel as that one, what is odd about it is the location of the access mode switch, it should be at the other end of the panel shouldn't it? 2018 Mini Countryman Cooper S E All4 PHEV in Melting Silver - it’s whisper quiet in EV and polluter modes

hi i think you will find thats a later one, 2006 or so.. mirrors with big puddle light thats why its different V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
