Car recommendations for Mother.....

My mother is currently deciding what to buy to replace her PT cruiser, yes i know dont ask, i think she is after a small suv and have suggested the following

Ewok - likes, but thinks too pricey
Freelander - not sure
Kia sportqge - likes she thinks.
Audi a3 - too bland
Bmw x1 - ugly and too big

She has looked at

Mokka - liked the look of?? God only knows why
Suzuki vitara - cheap

Are there any other obvious choices i have missed, struggling to see what would be wrong with a sportage, she likes the look, decent price, 7 year warranty etc. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Hyundai ix35 has a good reputation.

Nissan Juke is a love it or loathe it, I personally like the fact that it dared to be different.

Do you need / want 4wd or just the practicality / driving position? 4.2 Supercharged Vogue SE

Tiguan is an idea, along with the mini. She doesnt really need the 4wd but just likes the driving position, she still has a 1996 rav4 in the garage which is what she is kinda comparing stuff against, she likes the juke, but her partner doesnt......

She wants something a bit funky looking, and would love a fiat 500, but would be less practcal than she needs. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Have said that to her craig, i had one on friday while the disco was in, great car, dash is a bit dated but apart from that it was nippy and handled well. (Even if the one they lent me was white with a sport bodykit)

Cant seem to get her in one though.

Funnily enough rej ive just been on the fiat site, quite like the 500l off roady lookng one.... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

If looking at the Fiats what about a Panda 4x4.

An ex-colleague of mine looked at the Skoda Yeti when he retired and really liked it although he could not get the auto in the trim he wanted.

if it just for the raised seating position and 4x4 not require. what about something like a Kia Soul or a small MPV (Ford C Max etc...) There is a difference between knowing your sh!t and knowing you're sh!t

Had a Hummer H3, not actually all that big but most over here are LHD so may not be too easy to use everyday. Also not been made for a few years so all a few years old now. There is a difference between knowing your sh!t and knowing you're sh!t
