parcel shelf

for those who have tinted windows , do you still use the parcel shelf,or is it tucked away in the garage...

If i had mine i would still use it , the wife broke the two plastic side lugs and i had to bin it ......... Mad

I was told they could not be fixed as it's the ones that are attached to the actual parcel shelf and they are factory moulded to it ........

Anyway it got binned months ago ......... Thumbs Up

i have tints, but still use my shelf, i plane to cover it in leather, it would look funnuy with out it there. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

as soon as i had my smax tinted , the parcel shelf was put in the garage...it was much more convenient to put stuff in the back...

I asked my dealer once and a new one was something like 300 odd quid. Shocked

So I cleaned the finger marks off my parchment one with carpet cleaner instead. Thumbs Up

I like it, cuts out any noise from the boot area if things move about. But with a light interior you really need to use the handle and not lift the shelf itself, otherwise it picks up marks easily.
