I've got an issue with my passenger door and I can't get it open! The central locking will not open the door and it can't be opened from the inside of the car. There have been no previous issues with the door, its just decided to give up!
I have checked the electric window and passenger mirror which both work without issue. Not sure where to start in getting the door open or what to do with it......any advice? Thanks in advance

Hi mate. I am having the same problem with a 2009 vogue. I think you have to get the door card bent back and then probe the electrics with an auto probe.

Not quite sure how but trying to find out. If I find anything out I will let you know.

The reason behind it is the wiring loom corroded in the A pillar. But to get to it you have to get the bloody door open!!!

I've tried squirting WD40 down the door lock nipple and pulling up and down with pliers while pressing the internal door lock/unlock button but no joy. Not quite sure what to do with it next!

Well, after 2 days of repeatedly soaking with WD40, the lock finally admitted defeat today!!! Working like a dream again. I await the next problem with my darling Range Rover
