Finally collected by wife and I at 0930 yesterday - first day of new six monthly registration cycles in UK. All seems fine from Hillendale in Nelson, Lancashire and potential chaos of 1st March seemed very well managed (30+ new cars being collected). My retail order was 22 Aug 2013. Factory order was 28 October. Build was 9 January 2014, but I didn't want the car until new registrations - should complete private sale of my Mercedes estate next week! It's a 2014.5. Looks exactly as I hoped in Aintree Green Metallic + Ivory Seats + Expresso Trim + Shadow Walnut. Amongst other bits have standard 20" wheels, moonroof, Atlas vents, silver roof rails, deployable steps, deployable tow bar. Out for a play today
and will post some pictures in due course!

Some sunshine at at last here in Lancashire so some pics of my Vogue SE TDV6 in Aintree Green plus Expresso/Ivory collected 1 March. My first RR and very different (quirky?) character to the Mercedes and BMW estates I've always had - but (fingers crossed) all's well so far! Thought that the silver roof rails would balance the side flashes, apart from meeting my occasional need for roof box. Best bit is the deployable steps! Yet to try out the wade sensing!

Trip for dentists check-up into central Manchester today - (potentially bad enough although got away with that!) - but more worried about parking in multi-storey with tight corners, low roof and minuscule spaces - no problems - locking into access height, giant mirrors and good view made job easier than my E350 Merc. estate! The car pulls into the naughty speed zone on my favourite motorway incline just as comfortably as previous Mercs and Beemers with similar size power plants.

You are a brave man going into a multi-storey. I also went into Manchester this morning and parked at the NCP near Harvey Nichols. I even went out the "in" as it was wider than the official exit.
