I was about to order some all-season Pirelli Scorpion tyres and both my Land Rover dealer and my tyre dealer advised me to keep driving on the hardly used Pirelli Scorpion Winter tyres I bought this winter.
They say they have lots of clients who don't bother changing from summer to winters and drive all year round on their winter tyres.
Now I thought they would be keen to sell me a new set but they've been honest enough to say I could keep my winters on.
I've read there are quite a few of you on here who drive on winter Vreds all year round.
Would you bother to change or not? I must say these new Scorpion Winters are great, even in mild weather (perhaps even more confortable, a more supple ride than my previous all-season Conti's).

+1 definitely keep them on 25k miles summer & winter no issues. Now running General AT - fantastic tyres but blimey do they hum, sounds and like a swarm of bees storming down the motorway

I run vreds all year with no probs but be aware some insurance companys dont like winter tyres bieng used in the summer apparently not sure why maybe braking distance ???

I have Vreds on now. I don't use them year round, but if I didn't have a second set of wheels I probably would.

Cant see why insurance co would have an issue so long as correct size, load and speed for the car. Next set will be all season for me as dont see enough snow and ice in this country, plus if It gets bad i have chains!

I would drive on the winters all year round if you have them, at the end of the day they may wear slightly faster but that beats £700 for a new set. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
