It's worth buying a L405 for the two batteries alone. Must have one with FBH though.

I notice the new RRS has FBH as an option. Does anyone know if it also has 2 batteries? MY23 D350 HSE

For those who are looking at this thread for an answer to fuel sloshing, a TSB was released last month.

My new RR has the sloshing issue and I only picked up on it yesterday when reversing with nobody else in car and no music.

I understand that they will order parts in advance but why don't they do the retrofit of the required parts before the vehicle gets shipped or at least get the dealer to do it?

It's little wonder engineering in this country is all but dead we can't even make a premium car correctly. For the price of this car I'd expect no issues at all. Excuses of these are complex machines doesn't cut it, it's utterly embarrassing and shows they still lack in quality control and assurance. Hope you get the issues sorted but with issues as you've had it makes you not enjoy the car |

We manufacture far more than before in value terms - look at the Index of Production figures over the last sixty years. It's a simple reflection of trends in developed Western economies - a move away from low-value output from heavy industry (steel, mining etc.) to higher-value and services. Not sure that excuses the failures in bolting Land Rovers together though. |

I have now been told that my vehicle does not fall into the chassis number range of the vehicles listed on this "known issue".

Car went in yesterday to check if the baffles had been fitted at factory as my chassis number indicated that they should have and guess what..... Yep it seems like they forgot, my interior has been pulled apart, the car stinks, but I can't hear the fuel noise!
