D4 to FFRR - What Will I Gain / Miss?

Hello there.

I'm new to the forum & the world of Range Rovers, having started with a Series 2A and worked through a Lightweight, Freelander (petrol, oh dear!) & every incarnation of the Discovery. I'm currently looking at moving from a 2012 D4 HSE to a 2012 FFRR.

Having lurked on here for a while and done a bit of research I reckon that the Westminster will be the one to go for, although I haven't made a final decision yet. Advice on that one appreciated.

The big question is, will I miss something that I currently have on the D4 by swapping to the RR? I know that I'm going to lose keyless entry but I'm also wondering what other practical differences there are for day to day living? I've had a couple of test drives but I'm hoping to tap in to the knowledge of the forum before I go & spend a load of cash.

On the other hand, what am I looking to gain?

All advice gratefully received!

What you will lack is 2 seats and depreciation as high, also the ability to treat it more as a rough vehicle for offroading but being a D4 HSE they aren't exactly down as big offroad toys these days due to their more upmarket appeal.

What you'll gain is a hell of a lot more comfort, a much more lively engine, something that tows just as well IMO. better handling vehicle as well as one that is quieter at cruising speeds.

Economy is not that far removed to be hones between the vehicles as the FF is that little bit lighter despite having more leather inside it. FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
